Lost and Found

Let us know what you lost or misplaced and we'll do our best to get it back to you. We do need your help to track it down though. Please click here to contact us and be sure to specify 'Lost and Found' as the subject. Try and include the date and time of your trip, your pick-up and destination, and a really good description of the lost item. Don't forget to include your name and contact information.

Do your coaches offer Internet access?

Yes, all College Express coaches offer free Wi-Fi service. Due to the nature of this service, Internet connection cannot be guaranteed. Sometimes, due to high demand, we rent additional vehicles to accommodate passenger volume and these vehicles may not offer Wi-Fi on board.

Do you offer charter services?

Yes we handle special occasions from weddings to Sweet 16s. Your guests will be treated like family.

Can I travel with my pet?

Yes, as long as your pet is in a carrier that you are able to carry onboard with you. Pets must remain in carriers at all times. A full price ticket must be purchased for pets. Keep in mind that your pet, in its carrier, will have to travel on your lap if the coach is full.

May I bring food and drink on board the bus?

Food and non-alcoholic drinks may be brought on board for your personal use. We ask that you be respectful of fellow passengers and keep your seating area clean during the trip.

Do you offer Refunds or Exchanges?
  • All tickets are final sale
  • Tickets are non-refundable, nor exchangeable.
Is a reservation necessary?

Yes, it is required to guarantee you get a seat on board the bus.
Reservations can be made up to an hour before departure if seating is still available.
